		<description>well....if almost all people criticise you....just ignore.....besides they dont really know who really you are....you dont need to prove anything to anyone, its up to them to discover and realize your worth</description>

		<description>When I was trying to get in to medical school, I remember one doctor looking at my chemistry grade (yup, it was a D!) and telling me that I should never be a physician with that kind of grade. Well, I&#039;ve been out of residency 15 years now, and consider myself a good, caring physician. However, the comment still lingers, but no longer smarts.  Hang in!  Look for the wisdom beyond the harsh words.  (But, please don&#039;t ask me about basic chemistry!)</description>
